* Responsible for all data ingestion, data integration, modeling and visualizations for all departments in the US region. Built a team growing from 5 to 18 members in various roles including Directors, Managers, Data Architect, BI Developers and Data Engineers.* Led a top priority project for data ingestion for all EMRs (50+) in less than a year to cloud in Azure.Documented and implemented a Data Catalog in Purview.* Pioneered data visualization initiatives to enhance finance, operations, marketing, and revenue-cycle management, and contribute to groundbreaking advancements in the field. * Developed dashboards mainly using Tableau help to identify opportunities to improve performance * Built a roadmap and foundation for predictive analysis and machine learning algorithms.

● Lead Business Intelligence Report team (13+ Report Developer/Analysts, Dashboard Developers, Data Architect and consultants) to develop reports and dashboards in Epic EHR using Business Objects - Crystal Reports and Web Intelligence (Universe) using Clarity and Cogito DW.● Lead the Business Intelligence Competency Center re-launch project and Reporting User’s Group program to deliver consistent communication, processes and education among the Organization.● Prioritize and evaluate complexity and priority of requirements improving the reporting delivery process. Lead of Data Needs committee.Accomplishments:● Reduced $250K dollars annually by implementing OR Reports in Business Objects Universe and reducing licensing cost on ASP tools.● Managed GPRO metrics to avoid penalties for $1.1M USD.● Led Ambulatory Practices Dashboard Development including metrics in Radar combined with Crystal reports integrated in Epic.● Led Perioperative Surgery Home Dashboard and Reporting Development - deploying 8 metrics including Volume, Co-morbidities, Length of Stay and Pain score.● Delivered Metadata Analysis using Epic GetSmart including cleanup for metrics.● Delivered list of features for Heart Failure Re-admissions and led the effort to initiate predictive analytic model.

● Led Business Intelligence projects (>20 projects per year) to meet quality, time and cost requirements.● Developed and analyzed requirements for Business Intelligence Reports in North America providing innovative solutions to manage the business.● Managed requirements end-to-end to generate reports in different dashboards in Siebel CRM technology using Oracle BI Enterprise Edition.

● Led Documentum, eRoom and Captiva projects (>20 projects per year) to meet quality, time and cost requirements.● Led the Quick Place Migration Project with the migration of 1,000 Quickplaces to Documentum. This project reduced $145K annually in license costs. Using PMP methodologies, leading all phases through execution phase● Implemented IT Methodology and PMP techniques to improve the process and quality of Documentum and eRoom applications.● Supported applications and provide training to users in Documentum and eRoom.

● Managed, deployed, designed and maintained multilingual global web sites.● Coordinated processes to improve the communication between developers, DBA and business.● Analyzed the Web Content Management initiative to select the best technologies.
