I have relocated to Florida and reorganized my life after many years of being married.I am searching for a remote work or local Daytona Beach, FL area position or business opportunity in the management of facilities, operations, project management, renewable energy, maintenance/repair service or new/renovation construction related organization. I have hands on experience in many aspects of construction, operations and maintenance of buildings including asset lifecycle, design, codes, CMMS, and financial management. I have managed new construction, renovations, repair services, renewable energy, facilities maintenance and operations for buildings of many types including residential, industrial, commercial, government, institutional, healthcare, research, storage, retail, restaurant, dwellings, etc. In my career starting in the field, I have served in a broad spectrum of roles as a construction company owner, operations manager, estimator, project manager, contract manager, electrical instructor, owner’s representative, as well as facilities management roles.
