Carlos is the Finance Services Manager at Iberia in charge, among other responsibilities, of the Coordination and control of Purchase to Pay, Order to Cash and Treasury services with International Airlines Group Global Business Services (IAG GBS). Audit and escalation resolution. He was previously the Project Manager of IAG Finance Transformation Programme at Iberia coordinating a multidisciplinary IB team, collaborating actively with IAG London, Accenture and PwC.In the spring of 1997, Carlos joined Iberia as an intern, being offered a permanent position after his internship. After three years working as functional analyst he was designated Revenue Accounting Manager in the IB Finance Direction. Since then, he lead many different projects such us:- Passenger and Cargo Iberia Revenue Accounting Systems: Responsible for forecasting, accounting, control and monitoring of the entire passenger and cargo flight documentation (sales and revenues) including settlement agreements with Air Nostrum, Iberia Express and Vueling. - Iberia integration into One World Alliance: Business Representative in the Finance Working Group being responsible for the definition of new finance procedures between partners, information exchange, settlement and accounting processes.- Iberia integration into Joint Business Agreement with American Airlines and British Airways. Business Representative in the Finance Working Group being responsible for the finance coordination with AA and BA representatives as well as the information exchange, settlement and accounting related to the agreement.

Carlos is originally from Lugo, Spain. He has a degree in Mathematics from Santiago Compostela University (Spain). Later, he obtained a Master in Total Quality Service Industry from Carlos III University (Spain).
