Recruited to develop the transfer pricing practice in Chile, due to a recent modification of the local transfer pricing regulations, with the immediate goal of covering the needs for all the new projects with limited specialized staff, serving over 40 clients in a big variety of industries (retail, banking, services, automotive, mining, construction, technology, among others).Among the responsibilities in this job are:• Apply the transfer pricing regulations to a variety of intercompany transactions such as finished goods trades, financial transactions (credits, derivatives and shared services), trade of commodities, intercompany services and intangible property, among others.• Perform financial analysis related to intercompany transactions.• Reviewing and conducting transfer pricing studies, economic analysis, searches for comparable companies, market analysis and tax planning.• Implementation of transfer pricing policies, monitoring and compliance.• Review of Transfer Pricing components in the Supply Chain Management.• Assist in Business Restructuring.• Consulting in transfer pricing disputes with Chilean tax authority.

Hired to support the transfer pricing practice in Bogotá. Directly involved in the complete process of transfer pricing engagements; including financial planning, elaboration of Transfer Pricing Documentation, filling Transfer Pricing tax return, assisting in business restructuring, intangible payments, transfer pricing policies review and assistance in tax authorities summons.Responsibilities:• To elaborate transfer pricing analysis• Business meetings with clients to understand functions, assets and risks of every transfer pricing intercompany transaction.• Use different databases to find comparable according intercompany transactions;• Determine the credit rating of a company.• Develops, recommends, and implements appropriate transfer pricing methods (by type of transaction) to specific situations.

CTo correctly complete transfer pricing reports, perform economic and functional analyses, comparable searches and the application of a variety of methodologies for important multinational and Venezuelan companies serving various industries.
