Carlos has been the General Manager of Yixinou Spain (YXE). Multinational Chinese owned company that manages the Railway China-Spain, amongst many other routes. Vice President of the Official Chamber of Commerce of China in Spain (CCINCE). Being the first non-Chinese person to be elected for the role. He has been Consulting Specialist at FIYE (YiWu- Spain Foundation). He lived in China (Zhejiang and Shanghai) from 2007 to 2017. His large and vast experience made him a regular participant in debates, forums and seminars regarding the present and future of China and its relationship with Europe; with special focus on Supply Chain Management.
