Within Production & Supply actively involved in the effective and efficient delivery of business goals by providing sound financial analysis and advice- Lead the Budgeting process: Saving target decisions, standard cost set up and modelling, review and challenge the saving proposals and prepare presentation packs for Senior Management- Drive month end closing- Risk Management: Financial Statement analysis and business impact calculations- Interaction with global cross-functional teams: e.g., Supply Chain, Commercial Finance- Involved in ensuring a proper internal control environment and assist compliance initiatives- Drive continuous improvement activities: review of End to End Business process, implementation of digital tools- Scenario Modelling: Profitability analysis, Cost impacts, Cost Drivers waterfalls

- Within Treasury,lead the implementation of global financial solutions such as Supply Chain Financing and Virtual Credit Cards to drive working capital optimization - Provide finance support to drive trade-off decisions - Lead the review of Corporate working capital targets - jointly with cross functional team monitor payment terms with suppliers, payment process efficiency and 3rd party financing solutions implementation- Identify opportunities within 3rd party financing (e.g. Supply Chain Financing and Credit Card programs)- by connecting with external counterparts, leveraging network, etc- Connect with across functional teams (e.g. Procurement, Tax, etc) to evaluate and ultimately implement working capital optimization solutions- Drive elaboration of Working Capital KPIs to measure team performance
