He became a partner of the firm and played an integral role in its rapid growth and eventual sale to the largest privately held staffing company in the United States, where he stayed on as Managing Partner for South Florida. In 2011, Carlos founded Segrera Associates with the vision to create an empowered environment for talented recruiting professionals to deliver best-in-class talent and service to customers. Carlos consults with Executive decision makers in the areas of Accounting, Finance and Human resources to structure effective hiring plans and attract the best talent for his clients. He regularly advises professionals on dynamic growth strategies to propel their careers.Carlos is a CPA and graduated with honors from the University of Miami, where he remains actively involved. He has served as a mentor, offering career guidance to UM students at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
