Summary: Worked as both an Assistant and a Construction Manager on a variety of public building projects.•Acted as an Assistant Manager on the construction of a public building for experimental laboratories at the University of Balearic Islands, Palma de Mallorca.•Promoted to Construction Manager due to my achievements on the above project and following further Construction Management training.•Delivered a large scale sports centre, Ciutat de la Pilota in Moncada City, which, despite using a specific methodology due to design constraints, was delivered on time.

These consisted of renewal of roads, as well as switching ways in the International Airport of Palma de Mallorca plus several residential initiatives on Mallorca island (budget c. £5.10m).•Oversaw the Urbanization and Public Sanitation programme in different areas around Mallorca (budget c. £5.30m)•Carried out works to redevelop the MA-3010 road in Mallorca (budget c. £4.33m).

Summary: This was my first role within the construction industry, where I was an Assistant Construction Manager.•Assisted in major "Metro de Madrid" subway expansion programme, extending line 10 of the network.•Works included the expansion of tunnel sections, reconstruction of seven stations including new entrances, elevators and construction of a new interchange station. •Responsible for delivering several sections of tunnel, built using different methods, saving up to a year of programme costs and increasing company profit by c. 40%.•Worked on simultaneous projects, such as a wastewater treatment plant and a ditch, both in Murcia. (budget c. £6.5m). Results were better than expected and produced savings of 30% of programme costs.
