I have Managed over $8MM + projects throughout NYC. These projects include reading blueprints, managing different subcontractors in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Framing, to make sure the job is moving in a safe and timely manner. In these projects I deal with DOB inspectors and making sure all paperwork and plans are in order.

With this company I was able to supervise workers from Construction Council 175 dealing with DOT and Parks contracts. With these contracts we had to do demos side walls, corners, curb and infilled with steel, concrete and asphalt.

Managed a book of account over $1MM and a team that will cut , trim, clean individual accounts that were in my book. I will make sure my clients needs were always met and if we had to do extra or any update we will take care of it in a timely manner
