With years of account management experience in the automotive industry, I am responsible for several product lines at ZF Group, a global leader in driveline and chassis technology. I support the inside sales team with customer demands, maintain good relations with existing and potential customers, and coordinate new quotes and projects with the North American and global teams.I also have a solid technical background in product design and quality engineering, having developed steering and suspension projects with major North American commercial vehicle customers, such as Volvo, Mack, Daimler, and GM. I have successfully reduced external non-conformities by 82% and achieved zero findings on IATF recertification in 2021. Additionally, I am pursuing my MBA at the University of North Georgia to enhance my business acumen and leadership skills.
