As Growth Lead Architecture + Design at AECOM Europe & India, I am developing an international practice over 700 Architects and Designers providing worldwide smart integrated design solutions in the fields of Architecture, Urban Planning, Consultancy & Interior Design. During my career, I had the chance to lead multidisciplinary teams working on many sectors like Transportation, Retail, Leisure, Logistics, Office, Education, Defense, Healthcare and Sports. Throughout all those projects I have gained a global experience, working with clients, local standards and cultures in several parts of the world, including Europe, Middle East, LATAM and United States. I have been awarded with prizes and recognitions and my design work has been exhibited and published on many occasions. I also give courses and lectures at universities and conferences in Europe and America.My innovative vision has been always focused on implementing a sustainable holistic approach, removing boundaries between design disciplines, and extending the services through the whole building lifecycle by combining the use of the most innovative technologies and quality processes and methodologies.
