As a residential concierges i provide assistance to tenants in condo complex. Some of my daily duties of a residential concierge are handling request from residents, distributing mail,managing parking, commissioning handyman services, taking request for repairs. Provided superior customer service, utilized knowledge of building policy and procedures also provided concierge services for residents such as dry cleaning, event planning and setting of appointment to assist with condo unit management.

As a residential concierges I provide service such as greeted and acknowledged all residents and announced/sign in all guest and contractors/vendors. Provided resident services such as package and dry cleaning acceptance and retrieval, transportation options,restaurant reservation, and any additional requests upon demand. Completed daily shift reports giving a time-stamped overview of what went on during shifts.

My day- to-day operations as the Front Desk Manager included making sure that all staff do everything they can to make the guest's stay pleasant and comfortable, while managing a 130 room 3 floor hotel 1 meeting space. I also made sure that the hotel was profitable and efficient. While setting and achieving sales profit targets . I create budgets and set room rates, interviewed , hired and train new staff, resolved employees conflicts, and helped guests with any issues they might have.

My responsible as a leasing Consultant included greeting prospects and have prospect complete a guest card and complete application and secure deposit in accordance with the company procedures and Fair Housing requirement. Update availability report, process applications for approvals. Submit processed applications to community Manager for approval. Follow up with applicant regarding status. Ensure apartment is ready for resident to move-in on agreed date. Secure new resident's signature(s) on appropriate paperwork prior to move-in. Accept rental payment. Type lease and complete appropriate paperwork and input information on Yardi system accurately and on a timely basis.
