As lead of JQ’s Fort Worth office, I’m responsible for client acquisition and management, business development, overseeing office operations, team management, project management, project consulting and review of projects from inception through construction, and firm-wide leadership. My areas of expertise include design of commercial, healthcare, educational, municipal, cultural, parking, hospitality, and living facilities. In addition, my experience also includes retrofit of existing structures through the use of Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) composites due to changes in building use and occupancy.Additionally, I also serve at JQ’s market sector lead for Education, which covers K-12 and Higher Education. My role involves tracking opportunities and setting the firm’s strategic direction for educational opportunities. Over my career at JQ, I have been responsible for design and management of some of the firms’ largest and most high profile projects, and have worked on 200+ projects, with total construction costs of over $1B.
