In 1997 I founded a company, which currently has two BUs: one dedicated to Nautical and Automotive design, and one to the production of motor boats up to 32ft.Currently I am General Manager in PHIEQUIPE.In 2015 I managed a strategic sinergy for the company and I am in the Business Developing team of the group.In Automotive area I followed activities relating to engine installation and alternative fuel systems.In Nautical area I have skills on motor boats and I was invokved in the complete development of the project as chief engineer, following the project starting from the concept design, up to the fluid dynamic and structural verification, detail drawings, and start production and sea trials.I followed research activities for innovative solutions in the nautical field, such as foiling systems, hydrogen systems, and the transfer of Automotive technologies to Nautical area.I follow the owners and captains, both in the offer and content definition phase, in the negotiation finalization phase, in the development and construction of the boat, and in the testing and delivery phase.I am dedicated to my work with passion and am able to take on responsibilities, with the ability to manage any critical situation.In managing clients I think I have a good, proactive approach and that I am able to maintain them over time, understantding situations and people correctly.The management of the working group that I follow, and which supports my work, is complex, but I have never had any particular critical issues and, even in this case, I believe I managed the most critical situations, also preventing those that could potentially become one.I personally follow Owner Representative consultancies for owners in the Far East, following the construction and delivery of their boats and I am NES Survetor RINA.
