As Head of Account Management, my responsibilities are to keep all the clients' accounts monitored while keeping in touch with them in any situation, along with a great part of all the tasks I used to cover as Key Account Manager.This role requires skills such as coordination with other departments and teams to be aligned on every decision and strategy, problem-solving attitude, a customer-first approach, good organizational skills to be able to prioritize tasks and projects daily for more effective management.Last but not least to build a strong partnership, empathy is really important along with different cultures' knowledge to approach each international client in the best possible way. This also helps to avoid misunderstandings during communications.

Being an International Key Account Manager means managing the most relevant (international) clients of the company. Starting from planning a strategy for both the short term and forecasts too. In this initial phase, it's crucial to properly understand the client's KPIs and his brand identity. In a second phase, I take care of the integration through 3rd Party partners, test and launch od the ad campaigns. My role also includes performance monitoring, weekly and monthly reporting to the clients, accounting and post sales activity.
