About Carlotta Quadrelli

Lavoro nel mondo degli eventi dal 2013 e ho avuto la fortuna di muovermi in settori molto diversi tra loro: cultura, food, healthcare, corporate e finanza. Dopo tre anni a Bologna e due a Reggio Emilia ho mosso i primi passi nella "patria dell’erbazzone" iniziando come event assistant al festival “Fotografia Europea”, lavorando in tutto a quattro edizioni intervallate da una breve esperienza in una startup del mondo food per cui mi occupavo di creazione di contenuti.Mi sono poi trasferita a Firenze per lavorare come Account Executive in OIC Group, esperienza grazie a cui ho potuto misurarmi con clienti internazionali organizzando eventi anche all’estero.Dopo aver continuato come Account Executive in un’agenzia creativa milanese (“figlia” della stessa azienda fiorentina per cui lavoravo) sono tornata nella mia città natale, Biella, per diventare Event Organizer per il Gruppo Sella.Oggi progetto, creo e coordino eventi dalle prime richieste all’output finale, occupandomi anche dei render e della gestione di budget e fornitori (service, catering, location, trasporti, etc).Adoro la parte creativa del mio lavoro e amo andare alla ricerca di nuove ispirazioni, idee, contatti.Negli anni ho sviluppato un buon gusto estetico che mi spinge sempre a cercare le soluzioni più adatte e meno “scontate” per qualsiasi tipo di evento (senza dimenticare logistica e funzionalità), ho un debole per la fase di allestimento dei progetti e so destreggiarmi agevolmente tra avvitatori, livelle e tecnici.Se dovessi definirmi in tre parole sceglierei probabilmente pragmatica, affidabile e determinata.La cosa che so fare meglio è essere curiosa (ma so anche preparare un’ottima cheesecake alle fragole).
