Currently, I work as Archaeologists at ANAS SpA, Rome.I obtained a Bachelor Degree in Sciences of Cultural Heritage and a Master's Degree in Archaeology (cum laude) at the University of Catania. I also obtained a post-graduate Diploma of Specialist in Archaeological Heritage in the same University and a post-graduate master in Architecture for Archeology at La Sapienza University of Rome.Previously (2018-2019), I worked as Cultural heritage executive at Superintendence of Cultural Heritage, Malta.In the previous six years, I have been working as archaeological consultant, freelance, with various Superintendences of the Sicily Region, in the field of compliance-driven archaeology, public works, and services for commercial archaeology. In the works and collaborations with public and private entities, I have been mainly involved in design plan of archaeological intervention and archaeology monitoring, on the account of my proven experienced as MIBAC (Ministero dei Beni e delle Attività Culturali) qualified operator (No. 3110).In 2012-2015, I worked as professional draftsman with the Ecole Française de Rome on the documentation and study of the Archaic and Hellenistic Greek pottery from Megara Hyblaea.I have taken part in national and international research projects both during and after university career, particularly regarding the documentation and study of archaeological materials, excavation missions and the application of computer graphics to archaeological research. My scientific interest concerns the study of handicraft productions in the Bronze Age in eastern Sicily, in particular, the technology of ceramic production between the Early and Middle Bronze Age. Another important field of scientific interest is funerary archaeology (landscape, architecture, rituals) in the Sicilian Bronze Age.
