I have been working in the ICT industry for over 25 years covering different roles from ICT and security advice to ICT procurement and project management. Since January 2023, as a Cybersecurity Expert, I have been commissioned to set up and to document internal CSIRT processes (RFC2350 draft, incident management process, compliance and GDPR adherence), leveraging my previous experiences and competences in ICT processes (ISO 22301, ISO 9001, ITIL v3 foundation certified).Previously, I worked several years as ICT Principal Consultant and Demand Manager collecting extensive expertise in ICT procurement (mainly through public tender) covering the entire lifecycle of ICT governance from demand management to contract closing through public tender document drafting. During the same period I had the opportunity to work as account manager in charge of program management and business reporting within the agreement between Consip and ICT Dept. of Italian Minister of Justice (DGSIA).Until 2010 I worked as Project Manager (Eucip, PMI and Prince2 foundation certified) and ICT process consultant in challenging ICT project aimed to several private and public organizations.The experiences and abilities I have gained as a whole have allowed me to acquire a complete vision of ICT governance, from business requirements management process to service management.
