Acting as a freelance or working for boutique consultancy companies (Nutcraker Srl, Project Group Srl, Hashtag.Agency, Made To Sell Srl) and outstanding Italian institutions (Politecnico di Milano, Regione Lombardia, CNA Bergamo e Como), my everyday job is to advise companies on how to change their business models and market portfolios according to the fast changing global scenario and emerging technologies.

Sogni Fuori Dal Cassetto is the first Italian consultancy company specifically aimed at advising on how to use crowdfunding as a marketing and financial technique. Besides being one of the creators, I develop and manage client’s crowdfunding campaigns and do workshops and training on crowdfunding.

I'm the professor in charge of the first two modules of the Master "Internationalization for Italian SMEs ", namely: "International Strategy" and "International Marketing".

Started as junior consultant quickly I’ve emerged between several others as a team leader for business strategy consultancy projects address to B2C and B2B industries. Specifically in the last years I’ve led consultancy activities first of the SBU “Strategic use of ICT for business” and later on even of the SBU “International strategy projects”, managing multi-cultural and multi-competences project teams of 2 to 4 people.

As freelance consultant I began my career while still studying at University, assisting some SME’s in improving their use of ICTs. Then I had several experiences from being involved as external contributor to SDILAB a project by Venice International University, to working for ELEA S.p.A., GETRONICS S.p.A. and ExecuTrain S.p.A as a teacher for managerial level advance Office course. In the last years I’ve been selected twice by CESTEC Spa – Regione Lombardia as Senior Temporary Manager for both the editions of project Dinameeting aimed at advising SMEs on how to leverage on ICT to improve their business performances.

Within a wider scope strategy consulting project - of which I’m still the chief strategy consultant and project manager - I’ve assumed the role of Temporary Marketing Manager of this alliance between two of the most important Italian forgings industries, Forge Monchieri Spa and Forgiatura Mamé Spa (€ 200 million annual turnover; 300 employees) . As such I’ve build from scratch the Marketing & Communication Office and gotten the reasonability over 2 Marketing Assistant and on 2012/2013 budget. Besides I’ve dealt with agencies to develop a brand new corporate image, several press releases and organize the participation to 11 international fairs.

In 2005 I founded this start-up as a spin-off of Politecnico di Milano together with a team of two professors and two other consultants. The aim of the company was to advise SMEs in the strategic use of ICT to improve their business performances. In six years besides managing the company achieving an average 25% of yearly growth, I’ve led consultancy teams as Senior Consultant and/or Project Manager on more than a hundred successful projects spreading through business strategies, international market penetration, BPR and change management. Not to be forgotten even tough minor the professional and human experience as HR Manager of a team of 10 people.

Research on e-business in SMEs aggregation (i.e. industrial districts, industrial associations, supply chains), having some chapters published in international scientific books, and articles in national and international conference proceedings.

I won a public contest for a full paid six months long international exchange program for University researcher. I spent this period at the We-BCentre, that was one of the most relevant Australian university research center studying the impact of ICT on business. During my stay I conducted an in-depth analysis of the adoption strategies of ICTs by Australian SMEs and a comparison with Italian panorama. Research results were published in two international scientific publications.
