I'm responsible for the development, design, operation, and improvement of the systems that create and deliver the firm's products and services. The role also makes me responsible for ensuring that business operations are efficient and effective and that the proper management of resources, distribution of goods and analysis of services to customers is conducted. My roles also includes the creation and monitoring of performance measures for the operation (including a consideration of efficiency versus effectiveness), often in the form of dashboards convenient for review of high level key indicators. Aswell as planning by prioritizing customer, employee, and organizational requirements. I have one of four roles in the management team.

My job as a CTO was to build a complete business system from scratch. It included mapping and linking the business mission, strategy, and processes to my IT strategy. This would then be used as a blueprint for the new business system. In this role I worked as a consultant. I primarily developed extensions to Oracle products. In this role I was developing and maintaining three systems for The Swedish Tax Agency(Skatteverket). I was in a hybrid position. Working as a developer aswell as a project leader. My resonsibility was to map the process involving the entirety of The Swedish Population Register (folkbokföringen). As we encountred several bottlenecks throughout the processes it was my resposibilty to lead a team that changed the way the work was performed. In addition to changing the work we also measured the flows through the system. These were then designed to meet the expectations of the customer. All-in-all around 160 employees could switch to new positions helping even more of our customers.
