There is nothing more fulfilling to Carl than leading a team of diverse individuals to accomplish great things together, especially against the odds. Using data to make good decisions, and bringing order to the chaos of fast growth are his superpowers, and he has applied them in both technology (currently TrueData) and professional services companies. For 7.5 years, as Rise Interactive grew from 15 to over 240 employees, Carl lead Accounting, Finance, Client Operations, Business Intelligence, and Business Process Improvement.Prior to Rise, Carl co-founded an investment strategy firm that ended before it could take off in the midst of the 2007/8 financial crisis. He also consulted small businesses and startups on financial forecasting and operational improvements, as well as worked with an entrepreneurial team at Morgan Stanley and then Raymond James. Vanderbilt University graduated Carl magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree double-major in Economics and Engineering Science.Carl is pursuing a meaningful life in Tulsa, OK with his lovely wife, Kelin, their three young children, and enough farm animals to keep us active and healthy.
