I had the direct line management responsibility for two business units as well as new product development.Teleca OSS AB addressed the OSS (Operation Support Systems) segment in Europe in collaboration with the local Teleca companies in each geography. Teleca OSS had an impressive record as a Systems Integrator building solutions on top of third party products from leading software vendors. It monitored and leveraged industry trends and contributed in standards organisations. Teleca OSS had a complete lab environment for demonstrations, projects, training and testing. Service offerings included Service Assurance, Business Process Management, Inventory Management and Element Management solutions. The customer base was Pan-European, including customers in Kuwait, Switzerland, UK, Ukraine and across the Nordics. Teleca OSS AB had at the time had 96 full-time employees, four business areas and EUR 20 Million in annual turnover with offices in Stockholm, Malmö, Gothenburg and Karlskrona.

I served as Director of Sales from the time Teleca OSS was established as an independant company within the Teleca group, with the direct responsibility for a five people sales team and the revenue target. Instrumental in growing our revenue YTY during a time where the Systems Integration business in the Nordics was reduced 50% due to low market demand, as well as in nurturing our partnerships with Micromuse, Cramer, Concord, InfoVista, TIBCO/Staffware as well a emerging partnerships. The company had in average 80 skilled high end systems integrators and consultants.
