As Chief Executive Officer of the Swedish Internet Foundation I guide a team of 100 people delivering a key part of the Swedish internet infrastructure, securing one billion transactions a day. In parallel, I serve as the Chairman of Stockholm Green Innovation District, the leading sustainable district in the European Union. My two professional love affairs, societal change and digital technology, have guided my choices and shaped my career. Having had the privilege of working in the intersection of the two and help build smarter cities and communities fills me with immense joy.My leadership philosophy is based on a deep-rooted belief that people grow with added responsibility and a shared purpose. Some of my most recent achievements include:- Serving as Chief Product Officer and a member of the Group Management Team of Nasdaq listed Eniro Group, I was instrumental in its turn-around. At Eniro, I replaced a broad product portfolio with a new digital marketing subscription-based services model focused on three key customer needs, growing monthly recurring revenues, and doubling average order intake.- Serving as VP Strategic Programs and a member of the Senior Executive Team of TM Forum, a global non-for-profit industry association representing over 850 member companies serving five billion end users, I was instrumental in expanding the Forum’s remit to include smart cities around the world – one of the truly transformational movements of our time. - Serving as Worldwide Director of global technology leader and Fortune 500 company CA Technologies, I was instrumental in developing business opportunities in 50+ countries for 150+ telecom service providers.I have enjoyed recognition as an industry expert, working as an independent advisor to the European Commission, a smart city advisor to the White House and as an executive advisor to several cities in Asia and Europe. I am an Honorary Research Fellow at the Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences. I have extensive board experience from having served on 30+ boards over the years.
