Leading the acquire of a bathroom pod producer, as well as initiate establishment of a supply hub for assembly of kitchens and kitting of other materials to site. Establishing long term partnerships with “total” transparency to establish win-win set-ups for selected partners; e.g., prefabricated wall/house producer, bathroom interior producer, etc.

Leading and manage transformation of complete bus production set-up for Volvos site in Mexico. Initially responsible for 1500 persons, however after productivity, safety, quality and cost improvements current organisation is now at 800 persons. Transformation including complete changes in production layout, organisational alignments and implementation of bonus scheme to achieve common focus on key objectives. In house development and implementation of state of the art information management system to improve transparency throughout the manufacturing process. All key metrics, safety, quality, cost, hours per bus, delivery precision, and leadership indexes improved and moved the site from mediocre to among Volvos Groups top quartile plants. Responsibility covering areas from sourcing of material, product development, production, in-house manufacturing, process development, technical area, maintenance, safety, quality and related functions for Volvo in Mexico. Also responsible for a Fiberglas company partly owned by Volvo, 100 persons. Part of the Executive Management Team for Volvo Group in Mexico.

Profit and Loss responsibility for a +500 MSEK chemical business in the water treatment field.Managed turnaround from a non profit business to generating +6% EBIT margin while doubling the turnover from 260 MSEK to 510MSEK between 2008-2011.Responsible for production (4 plants) and sales for the Swedish market and its exports of products in EMEA region. Total production volumes ~600 000 tons of products annually. Personnel responsibility of 80 individuals.One of 3 members of the management team of Kemira Kemi AB 1800 MSEK turnover.

Leading large resturcturing program, reducing personnel with 20% , from 550 to 450 persons. Splitting company into two businesses entities a service company and a production and sales company.Coordinating and leading negotiations after major chemical accident, recovering >99% of total claim exceeding 400 MSEK.Leading productivity imrpovement program across the Kemira group (kEmpower program); involving more than 300 persons in the line organisation, identifying more than 3000 improvement ideas of which >1200 have been implemented generetaing savings in excess of 250 MSEK.
