They will get the advice they need on their finances 24/7, either from the platform's robo-advice offering, or from their trusted face-to-face adviser.The platform's HomeTrack/CallCredit/Mogo/E-Conveyancer integrations are powerful features, as is the auto-email and remortgage feature and the fact that Smartr365 will be offering robo-advice on an open-platform basis. Two of the big four banks are onboard, with formal announcements to follow shortly. Smartr365 has been built on Microsoft's Azure PaaS framework. It is designed to integrate seamlessly with all aspects of the 365 solution, including auto-syncing of actions to Outlook, client documentation storage and retrieval via SharePoint. If clients or advisers want to proceed with new financial products/offerings, this is delivered at the touch of a button, with no downtime nor expensive, aborted transactions.
