Senior technical roll providing a technical lead for hosted telephony and contact centre for Zen and its customers. Key member for the launch of Cloud Communications solutions.• Design Hosted Telecom IP solutions based on products from the Unified Communications and Collaboration portfolio: SIP Trunking, Cisco Broadworks, Unity Call Control Applications, Office 365 Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex Calling.• Develop tariffing and product packages for the portfolio.• Investigate new communications technology and assist product management with product development.• Liaise with customers and work closely with Service Delivery in order to deliver solutions to customers in a timely manner and to a high quality standard• Take accountability as Technical Authority for any sales projects assigned • Design and document Proof of Concept (POC) & Demo Environments for client projects • Participate in internal projects as required• Understand how IT products and services fit within the company portfolio and how these meet clients’ current and future business needs• Support the sales team as an expert on technical, functional and integration aspects of products throughout the sales cycle• Help with the training of internal staff and end users of Unified Communications and Collaboration products.

Main responsibilities: • Design Hosted Telecom IP solutions based on products from the Unified Communications and Collaboration portfolio: Vodafone One Net Business with Skype for Business (formerly known as Lync) and Horizon from Gamma • Approve and sign off on Sales Proposals as technically viable for delivery and ongoing support in line with PMGC’s Technical Approval Process• Liaise with customers and work closely with Service Delivery in order to deliver solutions to customers in a timely manner and to a high quality standard• Take accountability as Technical Authority for any sales projects assigned • Support the company’s new product development activity by generating technical documentation to support the sale of new products• Support in life customers that have been implemented by recommending, documenting and implementing as necessary solution updates, Moves Adds and Changes• Design and document Proof of Concept (POC) & Demo Environments for client projects • Participate in internal projects as required• Understand how IT products and services fit within the company portfolio and how these meet clients’ current and future business needs• Support the sales team as an expert on technical, functional and integration aspects of PMGC Technology products throughout the sales cycleAchievements: • Increased the confidence and ability to engage in business consulting activities and developed capability in conducting detailed prospect interviews • Accumulated high level experience in IT systems design and implementation• Become very efficient in collaborating with partners and senior management to clarify, detail and manage business requirements related to IT infrastructure
