Record average sale prices achieved at ELEVEN ($956/square foot, 80% sold out at completion), Maverick ($386,000/unit), and Mayo Clinic Square ($414/square foot). Current developments include One West Drive in downtown Excelsior (under construction, opening Nov. 2024, 65% pre-leased at above proforma rents), 927 Marshall Street in Northeast Mpls, Olive & 2nd Street in downtown Waconia, Lake Minnetonka Flats on Mound Harbor, and the Gannon property redevelopment in downtown Victoria.
