I'm passionate about envisioning and seeing through transformational real estate developments that deliver lasting results for users, investors, and the community. I've led site acquisition, design, entitlements, financing, construction, management, leasing and sales of over $500 million in high impact Minneapolis projects, including ELEVEN by Robert A.M. Stern (the tallest residential structure in Minnesota), Latitude 45 Apts (now Cortland Mill District), Maverick North Loop Apts, 7west Apts, and Mayo Clinic Square (anchored by the MN Timberwolves/Lynx). Record average sale prices achieved at ELEVEN ($956/square foot, 80% sold out at completion), Maverick ($386,000/unit), and Mayo Clinic Square ($414/square foot). Current developments include One West Drive in downtown Excelsior (under construction, opening Nov. 2024, 65% pre-leased at above proforma rents), 927 Marshall Street in Northeast Mpls, Olive & 2nd Street in downtown Waconia, Lake Minnetonka Flats on Mound Harbor, and the Gannon property redevelopment in downtown Victoria. As chair of the Minneapolis Downtown Council's 2025 Plan Development Committee, I led the launch of the Be In Business Downtown and Explore Downtown Living growth campaigns that catalyzed attracting thousands of new jobs & residents to downtown; and spearheaded Housing Options Coalition condo legislation that spurred new owner-occupied housing options statewide. I'm a past board member of Ebenezer Fairview (9 year term), the Minneapolis Downtown Council (8 year term), NAIOP Minnesota, a former commissioner of the City of Plymouth Housing and Redevelopment Authority, and frequently offer expert perspective on industry panels and with local media outlets.
