At Cargo, I lead on the strategy, creative vision, design direction, and delivery of all projects. Making sure they not only meet the client requirements but also the high-quality standards that we set for ourselves. A key part of my role is managing the diverse workflow in our studio, overseeing projects across our design, development, and marketing teams.My passion is working with brands to build comprehensive design systems. Everything from defining brand positioning and creating visual identities, to developing digital products and marketing strategies. By working closely with clients, we create engaging brand stories that connect with their audience and drive growth.

During my time at Hippo I led the design process on a wide range of projects from concept development through to project delivery. My projects spanned brand identity development, commercial sales campaigns and social marketing and behavior change projects for the NHS.I delivered confident, creative design solutions across the full range of print and digital applications. Some key skills include concept creation, design planning, typography, illustration, creative artworking and digital front end development using HTML, CSS and Javascript.In addition I was also responsible for mentoring and developing the skills of our small design team.Clients included: Dance City, Leica, Newcastle City Council, NHS North East, North East Ambulance Service, UK Land Estates, Business Durham, Cleveland Fire Brigade, Go North East and Sunderland City Council

A 3 month placement during my Foundation Degree at Newcastle College. During my time at Reluctant Hero I worked alongside the design team on a range of illustration based projects for clients such as Tommy Hilfiger, Barbour, Electrik Sheep and Eager Beaver.

A 6 month internship position as a Junior Designer, my role was to aid the design team on a range of projects for clients such as Disney, Go North East, Charbonnel et Walker and Tesco.
