I am a part of Asurion's North American Product Design team and help lead a mix of efforts that help our customer's enhance their lives with technology. We deliver services and products that are human, simple, and helpful while championing human-centered design practices.I have a deep passion for collaboration, coaching, design thinking, research, strategy, and delivery of thoughtful experiences that exceed customer's expectations.

redpepper is a creative agency built to innovate by overlapping the fields of human behavior, technology, and marketing. Inspired by IDEO design-thinking principles, rp has created a suite of services, including Product Services, for crafting transformation through human centered design. I sit as the Sr. UX Designer/Strategist for redpepper’s Product Services team and have a deep passion for crafting seamless and intuitive experiences that equally benefit users and business. As redpepper’s Sr. UX Strategist I am ultimately responsible for the user experience of products. In order to be effective I must leverage my knowledge and fluency in the practice of research, design, code, data architecture, business process, product strategy, and design thinking in order to lead teams and conversations towards creating thoughtful products that simply work. The job demands facilitation skills, excellent writing abilities, team collaboration, and visual design chops to fully communicate the experience journey for stakeholder approval and delivery. The experiences I love building are complex enterprise level products but range all the way to videos and experiential design.

I was hired at Journal Communications for my hybrid skills in design and development. At Journal Communications Inc. I built and managed a very complicated CMS system that housed over 150 websites based on a single source of code. Through the experience I became incredibly proficient in data base architecture and technical troubleshooting through the challenging work of maintaining site performance.I also designed and developed an award winning custom websites such for TN Home and Farm's quarterly print publications.At the time, Journal was mainly a publishing company and I had a significant role in creating a digital space for their product offerings. Skills: Web Design, Interaction design, front and backend development, database architecture.

West Tennessee Golfer Magazine, and Jackson Parent Magazine- Art Director, Designer, Editor, Photography, Web- Responsible for Layout, Design, Advertising Design, and all Pre-Press- Successfully managed deadlines, Jr. designer, and maintained integral communication with clients, ad agencies, and contributing writers.
