Ableton takes Education seriously and early 2023 put together a new unit dedicated to supporting educators all over the world in their efforts teaching music in a creative and engaging way and using modern tools for that. My job is 1) to bring about technical adaptations to our products to better fit the educational context and 2) to adapt and evolve our commercial offerings to make them more accessible and more useful to educational institutions of all types, from local primary schools to international professional institutions all over the world.

Bringing back some of my experience with my own startup into the organization, I helped out on various projects by inspiring project managers to think like entrepreneurs and focus more on the project's business model, and contributed to introducing business model changes that are still in effect today, especially around Education. As a founding member of the Sales Strategy Projects Team, I helped kick-start Ableton's transition to a D2C-only model in key markets globally.

As Certified Scrum Product Owner for Ableton's website, webshop and online systems, my role as a member of Ableton's Web Team is to help develop and maintain a rich and productive dialog with the team's many stakeholders within the company, guide planning efforts for sprints and quarters and ensure that each story we tackle delivers solid user value and aligns with company strategies and goals. I also kick-started an organizational change that led to merging our internal web development team with team sourcing outside solutions in order to provide internal stakeholders with a single interface for any business software-related issue.
