Out of the ashes of the great recession, Saint Creative was born in 2010. Good things have the power to emerge from difficult or trying circumstances. Never despise small or humble beginnings.Symbolic of the mythological phoenix, I was preparing to spread my wings and soar to new heights, because creativity and inspiration will never die. The human spirit has always proven itself to be resilient, optimistic, and determined. Or… perhaps this is because I’ve lived next to the glow of Detroit for all my life. The city is full of resilient, creative, hard-working folks. Pretty sure we invented the word 'hustle.' Being proud of Detroit, its culture, ethos, music, attitude, and vibe has permeated into my work and creative instincts. It continues to shape and inspire. Detroit experienced a true renaissance this past decade or so, when no one said it could or thought it was possible. It was a joy to see, and the story is still unfolding. Lesson learned—don’t count Detroit out. Yes, Saint Creative is a boutique design and marketing company that offers a suite of custom creative offerings. We specialize in print, web, branding, and identity services. But that’s less interesting, when compared with the intent and heart behind it all.
