Direct responsibilities include negotiations, drafting and review of legal agreements, due diligence, financing, acquisition and disposition.KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS• Managed the negotiation, purchase and conveyance of over 41,000 acres of real estate valued at over $101MM, including, among many other projects:o A series of working forest conservation easements over 7,085 acres of land owned by California's largest private landowner;o A series of fee simple acquisitions completing the protection of the Little Truckee River headwaters basin;o The Royal Gorge Cross Country Ski Resort, the largest Nordic ski operation in North America, and its disposition into multiple commercial and conservation ownerships and leaseholds; ando The iconic summit of the Sierra Buttes, one of California’s most distinctive natural and cultural landmarks.
