A little over 11 years ago, I felt like I was on a sinking ship.I was VP of a $120M division, managing people older than me, and I even leapfrogged my boss and was now managing him. Plus our division was the largest profitability contributor to the almost $1B company! All this to say, I got a lot of visibility from the executive team.The stress caused me to skip the gym, skip quiet time, and miss out on family time.
