We have a definitive vision of how electronic payment systems will look in the future and we have the knowledge, scale and resources to deliver it. •Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and define strategic plans to fulfill their openings.•Build and maintain relationships with management teams to ensure their recruiting and staffing needs are successfully met on time and within budget.•Manage full life cycle recruiting process (sourcing, screening of applications, phone and face-to-face interviews, coordination of interviews, negotiations, offers, and turn-downs) for technical positions as well as corporate, sales and shared services positions (focus on sales, services, and product) in North America, Canada, and Latin America. •Recruit and manage relationships with third party staffing vendors.•Manage requisitions and resumes in applicant management system (Kenexa Recruiter BrassRing / Oracle Cloud - Taleo).•Proactively use Internet research, generation of referrals, and networking opportunities to build a talent pipeline for hard to fill positions.•Developed a hiring manager’s guide to interviewing which covers the recruitment process, how to develop effective interview questions, EEO/affirmative action guidelines when hiring, how to conduct a face-to-face interview, making the selection decision, etc. •Ensure recruiting programs and processes align with the company’s strategic plan and the goals of the business units. Makes recommendations of process updates and changes to increase effectiveness.
