We seamlessly integrate into our client’s environment to promote their mission and the student experience.Taylor is responsible for the coordination of defined organizational goals and functional requirements to advance the effectiveness of their managed locations, enhance corporate efficiencies and facilitate the relationship between CENTERS and sister firm, Brailsford & Dunlavey. Her role provides a critical link between CENTERS site teams and the central office team, ensuring that the company’s methodologies and practices are developed and utilized consistently. This role develops corporate standards for delivering information efficiently between the central / site teams and between special project and POI teams.Key Responsibilities Include: - Contributing to RFP responses.- Continually enhance the processes and systems (POI) that facilitate the perpetual assessment, and dissemination of all of CENTERS standards, methods and procedures- Attend SME meetings with the responsibility of documenting decisions to pursue specific improvements and innovations to current practices and tracking and reporting on progress made.- Reporting out progress company-wide on a regular basis.- Serve as the liaison for SharePoint and POI in cooperation with the Director of Systems Management; be responsible for effective utilization of both.- Communications and brand management initiatives including: social media, company newsletter(s), website management, marketing collateral, and conference/ trade-shows.
