Work closely with colleagues and clients to discover needs and help them implement EPM and SharePoint systems including configuring system and creating BI solutions.Work with clients to discover training needs, develop training materials and deliver training courses. Applications include Microsoft Office Project 2007, Microsoft Office Project Server 2007, MOSS 2007, Microsoft Office 2007, Microsoft Office 2003.Worked with a global organisation on a project to implement Project Server 2007. Roles included: Collaborating with development of training materal (instructor led and on line), delivery of training, writing UAT scripts, recruiting and training UAT candidates, developing strategy for migration from Project Server 2003, working with PMOs and PMs across the organisation to ensure smooth transistion to Project Server 2007. Experience of administrating training and live Project Server 2007 environments.Worked with national insurance provider to develop training materials and deliver training courses on new custom MOSS based intranet solution. Training included video conference with overseas offices.

Responded to support calls from external customers and internal colleagues. Responses varied from a short verbal answer, through written work instructions to several days spent developing a VBA based solution.

Provide support (via telephone, email and remote access), to customers using any application included in Microsoft Office (Office 97 ­ Office 2007). Plan and deliver training on Microsoft Office applications, including Project. Develop customised and integrated solutions for customers using Sharepoint 2007, WSS 3 and VB.NET 1.1. Plan and deliver courses on additional products, including SMART interactive whiteboard and Moodle (Open Source VLE). Provide in house training and support to enable colleagues to provide professional solutions to customers and develop their own skills.

Responsible for delivering ECDL training to Oxfordshire Mental Health Trust and two Primary Care Trusts within the county.

Developed training materials for new software packages, including user manuals and trainer guides. Organised training events for roll out of new software packages. This included liaising with local sales managers, arranging accommodation and venues for trainers and ensuring supply of training materials and new hardware. Organised and delivered IT training on induction courses for new employees.

Starting initially on secondment to the IT department I was so successful that the company created a full time position and then expanded the team to include three other IT trainers. Initially I covered the whole country but with a team of 4 we split the country and I covered the South and West.I delivered classroom based training courses at locations around the country as well as writing the training manual and other supporting documentation for the CRM and Data Analysis tools.
