Senior Project ManagerIkea Group Sep 2017 - Jan 2019I was responsible for developing a new service pricing approach for +30 countries worldwide within INGKA group. Together with my core team, appointed managers in relevant global functions, we verified the approach applying an agile methodology and made necessary adjustments in close co-operation with large test teams in IKEA Canada and IKEA Austria. The service pricing approach got approved, learnings and "how to" was packaged and shared within INGKA Group. The project was delivered on time, within budget and in scope.

In addition to managing the usual controlling tasks I headed a project where I managed to lower the property taxes for IKEA retail Sweden by 6 million sek per year and brought back 4 million sek retroactively on property taxes.
