I was responsible for leading a group of highly skilled sustainability specialists in developing new ways to measure INGKA performance and impact on people, planet and IKEA. We developed new key indicators for the company and visualized and shared them to stakeholders in a user-friendly dashboard solution. The solution is contributing to a data-driven transformation and is a being used by management groups in Ingka to make informed business decisions to drive performance.

I was responsible for developing a new service pricing approach for +30 countries worldwide within INGKA group. Together with my core team, appointed managers in relevant global functions, we verified the approach applying an agile methodology and made necessary adjustments in close co-operation with large test teams in IKEA Canada and IKEA Austria. The service pricing approach got approved, learnings and "how to" was packaged and shared within INGKA Group. The project was delivered on time, within budget and in scope.

I was responsible for establishing Test and Learn as a method in the CRM program at IKEA Retail. Together with my team of highly skilled CRM/marketing people in the global and local organisations we identified, packaged and scaled solutions that generated a revenue of 7M€.

I was responsible for developing an implementation strategy and process for the global online payment solution project team in Multichannel Transformation Program

I was responsible for managing the Returns management project. My responsibility included clarifying the project direction, setting-up relevant project organisation, hiring project members, on-boarding project members and managing relevant stakeholders at IKEA Group.

I was responsible for running a pre-study to investigate the business case in implementing a new specific service on to the IKEA Family cards. The pre-study got excellent reviews and got referred to as best practice within the Project Management Office at IKEA Retail.

I was responsible for implementing a mobile sync application in the retail organizations all over the world. The project was delivered on time, within budget and in scope.

Business Analyst and Project Leader in the highest prioritized marketing project at IKEA globally at the time, Marketing efficiency and effectiveness. The project achieved its goal to save €70m in marketing costs over two years and lower the marketing spend by 0,3% while maintaining sales growth.

I worked as a Business Controller at IKEA Fastigheter, the largest commercial property owner in Sweden in terms of square meter holdings. In addition to managing the usual controlling tasks I headed a project where I managed to lower the property taxes for IKEA retail Sweden by 6 million sek per year and brought back 4 million sek retroactively on property taxes.
