I have been working in the financial services industry for over 10 years, primarily for a solicitors firm specializing within litigation for debt recovery. I have worked in several key areas of the industry including customer interaction, quality assurance, training and development, management of front line staff and now I am focusing on compliance & risk. I have experience in compliance roles for a debt collection agency, as well as for solicitors. This has led to my knowledge of multiple regulators and their respective guidance/handbooks - specifically the Solicitors Regulation Authority, The Lending code, Treating Customers Fairly and the Financial Conduct Authority.
