• Spearheaded multi-sprint dependency migration efforts to an updated Device library that led to faster, safer, and more informative API calls, as well as a 15% latency reduction of our Azure Device service, Partner Device service, and Core Compliance services• Simplified customer and oncall experiences by designing and implementing public-facing termination capabilities of Jamf-Intune integration on Apple devices, allowing customers to self-mitigate common issues when migrating fully to Microsoft Intune• Executed a primary information banner design on multiple Compliance Reports’ UXs, informing customers of the Compliance Reports migration to 2.0, as well as carrying out the Device Health Attestation/Microsoft Azure Attestation Report migration, resulting in co-ownership of the Reporting area of expertise• Created and tested a new Jarvis Action that remediates de-synced device properties en masse that resolved over 2 million customer devices, including over 100k devices belonging to high-level Microsoft management
