Responsible for gas transmission operations in Ontario and Quebec. Overseeing the management of a $32M operating budget and $24M capital projects. Managing a team of five area managers, one project manager/regional engineering support, three community relations officers, two OHS and environmental coordinators, one long-term planner and 105 non-unionized employees (mechanics, electricians, pipeline technicians, engineers, assistants). • Ensuring strategic management of gas operations and aligning them with business objectives.• Performance Indicators (KPIs) development and implementation • Serving as gas operations representative for the corporate OHS and vehicle fleet management departments.• Actively involved in conflict resolution between the company and third parties (BAPE hearings, mediation meetings, etc.).• Participating actively, in conjunction with the major projects team, in the implementation of 11 new compression units in Ontario and Quebec (permits, engineering review, construction follow-up).• Conducting site inspections (SS&E) and implementing systems and procedures to enhance performance.• Designing an environmental permit tracking system for Ontario (Hazardous waste management).• Establishing a multi-faceted easement maintenance program (pipeline right-of-way).o Third-party liaison, targeted advertising, partnership with other industry members.o Internal awareness and coaching (corporate and regional levels) on the importance of maintenance.o Mechanical maintenance of the easement, rights-of-way, and signage.o Complete review of encroachments and updating of databases.• Designing and setting up a pan-Canadian department specializing in pipeline work.• Winner of the 2018 CGO Leadership Culture Award for contributing to change management in the company while maintaining harmonious relationships.

Supervising 2 senior operators in the sterile department to support the maintenance, engineering, quality assurance and validation departments. • Introducing and implementing continuous improvement and Six Sigma projects.• Solving complex problems for production and filling lines for freeze-drying and SPD. • Responsible for the technical training of operators and supervisors on new equipment and methods.• Designing and introducing new manufacturing methods.

Building Maintenance SupervisorAs part of the company's start-up team, responsible for hiring, training and supervising building maintenance crews consisting of 14 non-unionized employees.• Developing a departmental structure and recruiting employees.• Designing training plans and assisting in the training of new employees.• Forging business relationships with suppliers and contractors.• Preparing maintenance contract specifications, sourcing suppliers, and overseeing their operation.• Actively assisting in the selection and implementation of the computerized maintenance management system.

Managing a team of 10 unionized employees in the instrumentation and automation department. Reviewing and approving work orders for calibrations and preventive maintenance. Participation in automation projects and validation activities.

Managing a team of 12 unionized employees in the utility, electrical and calibration departments. Reviewing and approving work orders for calibrations and preventive maintenance.

Leading and participating in automation projects and troubleshooting industrial automation complex issues for the company's customers.
