As a Technical Specialist, I help new owners get started, and guide current owners with quick, efficient support — developing strong, positive relationships with Apple. When a customer needs assistance, I quickly assess their situation, cater a solution on the spot, and use my knowledge of current Apple technology to help with Apple Watch, iPhone, Beats, Airpod, and iPad devices. I also provide personal training for new customers, helping them acquire the basic skills they need to get started on photo, video, and music projects.

As a record producer, I am contractually held responsible to execute the following: •Develop & engineer a master recording within a 1-year contracted timespan. •Assist any artist contracted to BPM in executing a marketing campaign within a year of the public release date. •Build a brand logo and Electronic Press Kit if necessary for the clientele.•Maintain studio etiquette & communication amongst the production team, studio musicians, and audio engineers. •Lead & Supervise the creative process and all parties involved. *The position is mostly remote. As a Special Education Paraprofessional, my responsibilities included:•Assisting the resident teacher with classroom management, transitioning classrooms, proctoring tests, and curriculum planning. •Monitoring the well-being of all students identified as in need of Special Services (via section 504 protocol). *Aiding students with disabilities in basic living skills, in-class, on a case-by-case basis (as outlined by their case behavior reports). •Assisting visiting therapists in sessions with our students (speech, behavioral, physical, etc).•De-escalating students entering crisis, and establishing therapeutic rapport (both general & special education)

My responsibilities as shift supervisor were an extension of the responsibilities of the store manager in order to maintain point of sale transactions over the course of a business day. As a PM shift supervisor, I was responsible for the following: •Auditing all inventory in house carrying over to the next day.•Training & onboarding new employees in store and role-specific operations•Managing & finalizing all cash operations in house (including deposits, change orders, payouts, and register pars). •Administering breaks, lunches, and the deployment of employees during business hours. •Maintaining the physical state and cleanliness of the store.*Awarded employee of the quarter in Spring-Summer 2018 for increasing our store's PM customer connection score from 27/100 to 52/100 in first 4 months as its principal PM shift manager.

As the Staff Training Director, I was tasked with running a department under the Prospective & New Student Programs office geared with a focus for developing and preparing new Orientation Team Leaders to fulfill their new roles over the summer. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to:•Overseeing weekly 3 hour Spring Trainings integrated with university-related traditions and teamwork & morale activities. •Drafting & establishing curriculum for all training initiatives. •Developing & coding a team training website hub.•Initiating a leadership development and self-realization atmosphere for adolescent workers in a culturally diverse space.*During my term, I was one of two individuals in the state of Texas to hold an "orientation team staff training" position with no undergraduate degree at a higher education institution (The other person was a coworker of mine as well). In 2017, I also built the university's first multi-organization online student leadership training module in conjunction with other training directors on campus.
