A licensed broker since 1980, Carlton Lund has been an integral part of the real estate community for nearly 35 years. He is the nationally recognized expert on Value Range Marketing having authored, "Range Pricing: From Ranges to Riches in Real estate" and has consistently been ranked as one of the top-producing real estate brokers in North County San Diego. He is also a staunch believer in perseverance through kindness, adopting the personal motto of "Never Give Up." Carlton is the backbone of his independent real estate firm, The Lund Team, which he co-founded with his wife Sandy Lund in Carlsbad, CA in 1982. The Lund Team has sold thousands of homes in the communities of Carlsbad, Vista, Oceanside, San Marcos, Vista, Encinitas during that time. Since moving to their Bressi Ranch location in 2008, they have been the top independent broker in the county, applying decades of successful real estate experience to negotiating the best possible price for clients, as well as leading company promotions and many community service projects. Giving back to the community has always been a priority for Carlton. He & Sandy were voted Carlsbad's Citizens of the Year in 2007. He has served on many boards around North County including the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce, Carlsbad Charitable Foundation, and Carlsbad Educational Foundation, and has also supported the initiatives to select Carlsbad as the location for Legoland and to establish the desalination plant. Most recently, he has been the driving force behind the Carlsbad sign project that was unanimously approved in June 2014 to restore the historic city sign above Highway 101.Carlton received his MBA in Finance in 1971 from Arizona State University and quickly followed that achievement with another when he earned his pilot's license in 1973 at McClellan Palomar Airport. His continued passion for real estate & community service has been passed down to his children, some of whom also work at Lund Team headquarters.
