Initially hired as an Estimator under the direction / tutelage of the chief estimator and in-house design project manager, met with the client and architect from initial conceptual design through final design documents providing periodical conceptual budget, final estimate and proposal. Upon completion of the estimate, was assigned to work with Project Superintendents managing the projects in the field. Promoted to Project Manager.
