I did a little bit of everything. I would stock the work area for the masons, build scaffolding, cut blocks, run equipment, do carpentry and other types of finish work, roofing, lay ceramic tiles, build forms and pore concrete, and also do electrical and plumbing.

I was trained in every position in the store and was also a crew trainer for a short while. I did store maintenance which included everything from taking out trash to fixing things around the store.
