The types of people I look for can include retired military, retired law enforcement, semi-retired individuals looking for an encore career, stay at home parents, and those with educational, management, or sales backgrounds. I work with realtors, mortgage lenders, and CPAs to increase their income and take better care of their clients by introducing complimentary services. I help small business owners as well as individuals in improving their finances, showing them how money really works, mitigating taxes, and securing a better retirement.

Leased out properties. Performed background and credit checks prior to lease. Maintained premises and repaired or hired out repair work as needed. Negotiated with tenants on a variety of issues e.g. late payment of rents and adherence to lease terms.

Managed reporting received from 12 vendors requesting timely and accurate data on various reports. Communicated knowledge of desire metrics in order to produce improved results, sales and revenue. Directed vendors as needed to improve reporting accuracy. Supported multiple managers with cross functional needs in various aspects of reporting and resolving data discrepancies from varying sources. Moderated calls to launch new vendor partners as needed / desired. Finalized monthly reporting asking vendors to verify metrics prior to invoicing. Closed out the previous month and archived data in database.
