Safe Homes for Seniors is a placement agency based on the United States of America. I worked as a virtual assistant of the CEO. Everyday task for this company is to coordinate with the social workers of the hospitals and nursing homes by calling. E-mail management, setting up appointments, file management and follow ups unfinished task is also part of the everyday task. Network Support Associate is supporting/helping our clients regarding their network problems. I've been promoted in just 1 year from Network Support Associate to Real Time Analyst. In Real Time Analyst job, we do extracting files using Excel, breakdown of the occuring problems, strictly monitoring agents and hourly report. We report directly to the boss. I learned on this job is how to work under pressure, time management, data extracting/management, being responsible on the task given.
