Responsibilities included both secured and unsecured debt portfolios and banking relations. • Completed the negotiation and implementation of Archstone’s final $500 Million line of credit. • Negotiated and closed $750 Million of asset debt refinances and over $500 Million of development construction loans during the last five years. • Familiar with all aspects of the secured debt portfolios with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. • Executed many debt hedges (caps, swaps, FX hedges) to support debt and hedging strategies. • Received the Archstone Annual Achievement Award in 2004.
