My title with Boreal Ridge Corporation is HR recruiter and benefit coordinator, however I have many duties within my company. I handle the recruitment for Boreal Mountain Resort, Soda Springs Mountain Resort and Woodward Tahoe. From entry level positions to executive I facilitate sourcing, screening, travel itineraries, reference checks and offers. I develop resort wide training and new hire orientation while ensuring a strong sense of culture and companywide moral. Along with administering all benefits I handle workers compensation initiation and follow up. With an extensive background in the medical field I have an advanced knowledge of insurance and the inner workings of the healthcare process. Along with my above stated experience I am involved with payroll, employee recordkeeping, employee relations, reporting, strategic HR, wellness, conflict resolution, internal investigation and all HR generalist management assignments.
