As a Visual Merchandiser at Aviator Nation, I create unique, memorable, and inspirational customer experiences that reflect the brand's lifestyle and image. I lead weekly floor resets, train and educate staff on visual standards, and work closely with the inventory manager to ensure optimal product availability and placement. I also oversee loss prevention procedures and conduct regular training sessions on this topic. Additionally, I set up and organize major events held in the store, such as launch parties, pop-ups, and collaborations.My passion for the fashion industry started when I was 14 years old, working as a model and a sales representative at trade shows. I then moved into the retail side, working as a sales associate, a retail trainer, and an assistant manager for Splendid, where I helped open and restructure several stores across the country. I also gained valuable experience in production, operations, and merchandising as a production coordinator and a director of operations at Velvet by Graham & Spencer. I hold an Associate's Degree in Business & Management from Moorpark College, where I studied business and managerial economics. My goal is to continue to grow and learn in this dynamic and creative field, and to empower and motivate others along the way.
