Based in Brooklyn, Carly meets you where you're in at, both by customizing lessons to help you meet your needs and goals, and by coming to your home or neighborhood studio to practice with you.

As an artist, I seek to explore connections between the systems and processes of the human body, mind and the world we live in. The imagination has proved to be a powerful tool in altering one’s perception, and is utterly important to the vitality of both an individual, and every community. The body is an intelligent, kinesthetic being that when aware of its ever-changing environment in the present moment, realizes that anything can become possible. Through investigations of somatic practice, philosophy, cultural inquiry, and improvisation, I search for ways to make the artist and the audience feel more alive.
