I am a passionate policy researcher dedicated to fostering equity and innovation. With a Master of Arts in Teaching from Relay Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor of Science from the University of South Florida, I am very well-rounded. I currently, as a Fellow in Policy Research and Evaluation at Educational Alliance, I contribute to major program areas by conducting community assessments, developing policy briefs, and analyzing data. My projects focus on critical areas such as Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Treatment and Prevention and support for asylum seekers in NYC. Previously, I served as a High School Science Teacher at the NYC Department of Education, where I designed and implemented comprehensive chemistry and forensic science curricula. I also held several leadership roles, including Sustainability Coordinator and PSAL Varsity Volleyball Head Coach, demonstrating my adaptability and dedication to student development. I am dedicated to leveraging my skills and experiences to create inclusive and supportive learning environments and to drive impactful educational policies.
